Wind Design

The STEP is this :-
(*PHOTOSHOP* recommended)
1. fill the background colour to black
2. Type new text , # make sure the colour white #
3. Filter>stylize>wind   x3#at all degree#
4. create a text again with other colour
5. [CTRL] the first layer and 2nd layer. . then right click [Click Merge LAyer]
6. create a new layer
7. click invisible at text and background
8. click gradient and choose colour tht u want
9. show the invisible layer
10. On previous layer click [Overlay]
